I specialise in the strategic and daily operational management and growth of the business, and continuously look at innovative ways to improve our service to you.

I am a member of the Institute of Direct Marketing, and Chartered Institute of Managers, with a degree in Business management. I have a keen interest in personal development, and completed an advanced course in business coaching, and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).

In the past I have really tested my metal walking across 12ft of hot coals. In the present, I continue to test my metal being the only male in the team! Potentially more dangerous than when I was traversing on the edge of a cliff in the peak district, squeezing through tight pot holes in the depths of Castleton South Yorkshire, or scuba diving in the Red Sea. You are now more likely to find a sedate older me on a golf course in North London.
